Cleaning enquiries
If you contact us or request a quote, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, company, property postcode, service requirements and message. We use these details to respond, prepare quotations, arrange cleaning and manage our customer relationships. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
Website enquiries are processed through Wix and sent to our business email. Wix and our email provider process the information needed to deliver these services. We retain enquiry and customer records for as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed services and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Website operation
Wix hosts this website. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and requests for pages. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used to operate and protect website features. Our WhatsApp welcome prompt uses browser storage to remember whether it has been dismissed.
Google advertising
We are setting up Google AdSense for our cleaning tips and advice pages. Where Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. These may use information about your visits to this website and other websites. If you choose WhatsApp, social-media links or another external website, that service processes your information under its own privacy policy. Opening WhatsApp does not send us a message until you choose to send it.
